The Schneidmiller House provides the comfort of home in a 24-hour, state of the art skilled-nursing facility. It is a beautiful place where friends and family are welcomed. The House opened in 2011, will full support of our community’s vision that all patients should have the highest quality of comfort care available to them in a peaceful setting. Many people prefer to be home, or in the place they call home during their last days. However, if continuous nursing support is needed, the Schneidmiller House is unparalleled in it’s services, compassion, and comfort for patients and families.
We are deeply honored to name this peaceful place of care and comfort “The Schneidmiller House.” Since 1949 Mannie and Gladys Schneidmiller set an example for the importance of community participation and for the responsibility of good citizenship. Much like the mission of Hospice of North Idaho, the Schneidmillers were committed to family, care, comfort, and service to those in need.
