Each year we serve over 3,000 individuals with palliative care, in-home hospice care, care at the Schneidmiller House and in nursing facilities. We also provide grief and loss programs for people all ages. Testimonies provide us with important feedback to ensure that we are providing quality care and excellent service. We hope these personal stories touch your heart, as they have touched ours.

September 2016, Tom C: “A couple of years ago our mother was brought to the Hospice House in the last stages of her life. This was a very difficult time for her and all her six children. Our mother was a very special person in our lives. She raised us to be very conscious of the good things in this life, and the good people we all come by daily.
People come and go in all our lives so much that when a special person like our mom comes around sometimes it’s easy to not notice the small things they do for us or the people around us. I have gone to many corners of this world through my life and have met few who could have filled her shoes. She was truly a special soul on earth.”
If anyone reads this short letter I pray they never take their parents for granted and realize what a truly special gift they are to us all.”
